In terms of design, the upper of the shoe is wider and the laces are positioned in the forefoot to follow the upper design of traditional moccasin shoes.
To prioritise the design aspect, the structure of the Sky Medal was incorporated as an inner lining to support fit and comfort, which would normally be compromised, and a strap was placed in the midfoot to support fit and comfort while maintaining the design. The sole has been updated without compromising fit and comfort while maintaining the design.
The sole unit provides the stability and cushioning a shoe needs. The sole features MIZUNO WAVE, which combines these two normally contradictory functions.
The Wave Prophecy outsole, originally developed by Mizuno, minimises the causes of midsole denting through the use of a plate with an infinite hollow structure.

In addition, the rubber has improved durability by adopting the ‘X10’ sole material, which is approximately 80% more abrasion resistant than regular rubber.
