‘NIKE DUNK MAIZE’

The last piece of the Exclusive Pack produced by Sneakers76 with Ginnika, dedicated to the release of the Dunk 'Goldenrod' has finally arrived to complete the picture: together with the shirt, the stickers, the cover box, the socks and the magazine, we finally have a very special edition of these trainers by Leo Colacicco, deus ex machina of the all-Italian brand LC23, Jacopo De Carli, a new wave craftsman, a shoemaker 2.0, who has lately become famous for embellishing the sneaker collection of many VIPs and famous showbiz personalities and finally the partnership of the craftsman Andrea Sbaraglia.

 These artisans have joined forces to create a truly unique product, a crossover of styles and textures, an ensemble of different techniques and ancient arts. Let's take a look into the specifics of the work that has been done. 

First of all, the sole was revised by Jacopo and Andrea Sbaraglia, the new sole was stripped off a pair of Nike Air Rubber Dunk OFF WHITE and hand-sewn on the upper part of the Goldenrods, after which we moved on to artisanal treatments of the leather with specific products and dyestuff to give a vintage and worn out look .

Subsequently the ball, or rather the shoe, passed onto Leo who inserted accurately cut out hand-sewn digit-shaped patches with a 'Glow in the dark' fabric, and brand new laces that are also Glow in the dark.
the icing on the cake comes with the 'Nike Air' patches on the heels cleverly “ stolen” from one of Leo’s old pair of Nike Sock Racer. 

The specimen is a 1/1 edition, but given the results, we all hope that the two "guys" will soon be able to work together again.
